Internet-Project "It’s For You, My Native City!"

   The graduate of the 21st century lives in the international informational society, and the ability to use the Informational and Communicative Technologies (ICTs) in many ways defines the  success in his life. Nowadays we need such methods of education and learning that would make the process of getting knowledge easier. That’s why the important place among the competences is taken by the informational competence. The  modern pupil is an experienced network user.  

   The actuality of the research is that the English language as a school subject creates the polycultural personality. It is a development of the speech processes and speech mechanisms, abilities to express own thoughts and feelings in the foreign-language communication.

   The main aim of the research is the creation of the electronic informational resource  devoted to our native city, Belarusian culture and traditions.

   The hypothesis of the research is based on the idea that the  educational process using the  ICTs is one of the modern methods to activate pupils nowadays. Thus, the created informational resource, will give the opportunity to stir up the activity of pupils on the lessons, during the educational actions and activities. Also it will be available to all the participants of the educational process, because it’s in a free access.
