26 YEARS AGO MINSK COULD BECOME MENSK. IS IT A FACT?
Answer: Yes, that’s true. In September, 1991 Minsk, the capital of Republic of Belarus, could have its ancient name – Mensk. It hasn't turned out. For returning of the historical name "Mensk" there weren't enough only 31 voices.
